COLUMBUS, Ohio – National Church Residences is the innovative leader in integrating home and supportive services for vulnerable individuals, enabling them to live healthier and more satisfying lives.

And now we want YOU to join our team.

On Tuesday, April 7, National Church Residences is conducting an STNA Hiring Event at our home office, located at 2335 North Bank Drive in Columbus (just off of Henderson Road) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and also 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

“We will conduct on-the-spot interviews with hiring managers and will have the potential to make same day job offers,” said Stacey Gates, National Church Residences Director of Recruiting. “It’s kind of a one-stop-shop. People can come in for interviews and they have the chance to get hired that day without having to come back multiple times to actually get the job.”

Walk-ins are welcome, but potential employees are encouraged to pre-register for the Hiring Event at www.NationalChurchResidences.org/HiringEvent to submit your resume online for Central Ohio hiring managers to review.

“We will have hiring managers from Stygler Village (in Gahanna), First Community Village (in Upper Arlington) and Mill Run (in Hilliard) on site, but also, if you’re interested in working in home health care, there will be a representative there to talk to as well,” Stacey said. “What we really want to do is identify good candidates who will be great fits for our company. If the right opportunity isn’t there for them right away, we want to help them figure out what position in National Church Residences will be the best fit for them.”

Being an STNA at National Church Residences offers amazing opportunities for personal growth.

“We are a large community with person-centered care,” Stacey said. “We foster unlimited growth and we encourage personal and professional development on every level. And with our employees, we strive to facilitate the highest level of personal performance.”

What makes working as an STNA for National Church Residences unique is that we are a non-profit, mission-driven organization that offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, 8- and 12-hour shifts, education assistance, paid vacations, medical and dental insurance, beautiful facilities and a comfortable work/life balance.

“Our company offers growth potential,” Stacey said. “People can start out as an STNA, and with continued education, stay with the company as an LPN or RN. They always have the opportunity to branch out.”
